What working together looks like

  1. 1. Reach out

Send a short appointment or consultation request. Please don't include detailed clinical information in web forms.

  2. 2. Free 15-minute consultation

We talk briefly about what you're looking for, answer questions about fees and scheduling, and see whether we're a good fit.

  3. 3. Intake and consent

Before your first session you review and sign informed consent and privacy documents, and complete a brief intake.

  4. 4. Ongoing sessions

Most clients meet weekly or biweekly. You and your counselor review progress regularly and adjust as needed.
