Telehealth counseling offers the same collaborative sessions from wherever you feel comfortable, using a secure video platform. Telehealth is not right for every situation, and your counselor will discuss with you whether it is an appropriate fit.

Telehealth sessions are held on a video platform selected for security and confidentiality. You will receive a session link and simple instructions before your first appointment.

To take part you need a private space, a reliable internet connection, and a device with a camera and microphone. You must be physically located in New Hampshire at the time of the session, and you will be asked to confirm your location and an emergency contact at the start of each session.

Telehealth is not appropriate for every situation, including acute safety concerns. Your counselor will review the benefits, risks, and limits with you, and you will complete a telehealth consent before your first online session.
