People come to counseling for many reasons — a difficult season, a relationship under strain, worry that won't quiet down, or simply a wish to understand themselves better. Whatever brings you here, our aim is the same: a steady, respectful space where you can think out loud and decide what you want to change.

Our approach is collaborative and evidence-informed. Depending on your goals, sessions may draw on cognitive and behavioral strategies, person-centered and strengths-based work, mindfulness practices, and skills for emotional regulation. We explain what we're doing and why, and we adjust when something isn't working for you.

We also believe in being honest about limits. Counseling is not a guarantee of any particular outcome, and it is not a replacement for medical or psychiatric care or for emergency services. If a different level of care or a different provider would serve you better, we will say so and help with a referral.

Licensing & credentials

Counseling services are provided by clinicians licensed to practice in the State of New Hampshire. Each clinician's full name, license type, and license number are provided in your intake paperwork and on request, and are displayed here once your practice details are finalized.
